No, I do not think video games are a waste of time. They have always been an outlet to ease out my frustrations, and of course a means to relax, and have fun. I have been playing video games all of my life, and believe they are an essential part of my well-being. I am an educated and motivated individual, and video games are a welcome distraction to my hectic life.
